This is a 13-week online & in person group working through The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron.
What is The Artist’s Way?
This 13-week online group is for creatives, writers, and anyone looking to reconnect with their creativity. We’ll meet weekly for reflection, discussion, and encouragement while working through Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way.
The book the Artist’s Way was written as a guide to help people with creative recovery, which teaches techniques and exercises to assist people in gaining self-confidence in harnessing their creative talents.
It is a container to allow the repressed creative parts of you, space to emerge. It could be an old project that needs to be birthed, or something new that you have never tried, but is quietly coaxing your soul. Not just for visual art - this is literally for anything creative eg music, knitting, gardening, cooking, film-making, writing. As Kae Tempest has said - Creativity is boundless!

Twice a week, going for a 20 minute walk (without your smart phone!) is excellent to connect with your creative soul and listen for guidance.
This group is facilitated by Niamh, who has a deep personal connection to The Artist’s Way and is passionate about creating supportive spaces for creative growth. She hosts the sessions, guides discussion, and holds the structure of the weekly process while participating alongside the group.
